I will be performing as Reverend Amie (originally Reverend Weena) in CHURCH running at the Harbor Stage from July 18th-August 11th, Wednesday-Saturday at 7:30.
We are now into the second week of CHURCH rehearsals and I couldn't be happier! Brenda leads us everyday in movement warm-ups ranging from ballet to yoga with even a little dance improv sprinkled in! We have many thoughtful conversations on religion, God and spirituality. I also get to sing every day with my cast as we rehearse the spiritual that will be sung by the entire choir "Ain't Got Time to Die" and the song I sing with Reverend Amanda and Reverend Brenda "Bread" by On!Air!Library! I love this beautiful, joyful play more after each rehearsal and I feel so lucky to be surrounded by inspiring and generous artists. The Harbor Stage opened their season with HEDDA which I have now seen 3 times. What a powerful, truthful take on the play! Easily the best acting I have ever seen on stage (and every newspaper/magazine in the New England area agrees with me). HEDDA closes July 14th so get your tickets now, they are selling out: www.harborstage.org Comments are closed.
